Knowing how to make hand scrub lets you create blends to improve the condition of your skin without using unwanted ingredients. Generally, twice a week is enough for using hand scrubs to avoid irritating your skin.

Makes 1/2 cup.
In a glass bowl, blend all the ingredients. Transfer mixture into an 8-ounce glass container with a lid for storage.
To use: Scrub hands using a small amount of the mixture. Remove the scrub with a warm, moist towel or rinse off with warm water. Gently massage your hands with a hand cream or lotion.

Sugar Scrub
Makes 3/4 cup.
To use: Scoop dollop into hands using fingers or a spoon. Scrub away!

Salt Scrub
Makes 1/2 cup.
In a small, glass bowl, mix all ingredients until a thick paste forms. Transfer into a 4-ounce jar with lid for storage. Use a small scoop for each scrub.

Makes about one cup.
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. Transfer mixture into a glass jar with a lid. Use as needed

Makes one cup.
In a glass bowl, stir all ingredients together until well mixed. Pour mixture into a clean glass container with a lid.
To use: Wash your hands, and then massage 1 to 2 teaspoons of the scrub into your hands. Rinse well with warm water and pat hands dry.

Makes slightly more than 1/2 cup.
Blend all ingredients in a 4-ounce glass jar with lid. Tighten the lid on the jar and shake well. Use one teaspoon on hands.
