Sometimes people associate aromatherapy with women. However, men can and
do use essential oils for a variety of purposes — it's not all lavender
and rose.
Here are some easy aromatherapy recipes for men.
Combine all ingredients in a glass bottle. Cap the bottle and shake well to blend. Store away from light.
To use: Shake well. Apply generously after shaving.

To use: Shake well. Place about one teaspoon of the blend on your fingertips and massage it into your scalp for several minutes.
