Muscle and Joint Rub

  • 4 drops celery seed essential oil
  • 6 drops clary sage essential oil
  • 8 drops copaiba essential oil
  • 2 tablespoons carrier oil

Upset Tummy Relief

  • 4 drops celery seed
  • 3 drops ginger essential oil
  • 4 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 9 drops sweet orange essential oil
  • Sweet almond oil

Drop essential oils into a two-ounce squeeze bottle. Fill the bottle with sweet almond oil. Shake to mix well. Massage a teaspoon onto the abdomen. (1.7% dilution)
