Muscle and Joint Rub

  • 4 drops celery seed essential oil
  • 6 drops clary sage essential oil
  • 8 drops copaiba essential oil
  • 2 tablespoons carrier oil

Upset Tummy Relief

  • 4 drops celery seed
  • 3 drops ginger essential oil
  • 4 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 9 drops sweet orange essential oil
  • Sweet almond oil

Drop essential oils into a two-ounce squeeze bottle. Fill the bottle with sweet almond oil. Shake to mix well. Massage a teaspoon onto the abdomen. (1.7% dilution)

Menstrual Pain-Relief Compress

In a small bowl combine:

  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 10 drops celery seed essential oil
  • 10 drops lavender essential oil
  • 10 drops roman chamomile essential oil
  1. Put a small towel in the water and let it absorb all the liquid.
  2. Place the towel over your lower abdomen.
  3. Cover the towel with a plastic bag or plastic wrap.
  4. Leave the compress on for at least 30 minutes while you relax.

  • For a post-workout massage oil, blend 5 drops celery seed essential oil in 1/2 teaspoon carrier oil. You can also use the blend on stiff joints or on your abdomen to help relieve menstrual cramps or digestive issues such as stomach aches, gas, or bloating.
