In a small bowl, combine:

  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 10 drops celery seed essential oil

  1. Put a small towel in the water and let it absorb all the liquid.
  2. Place the towel over your lower abdomen.
  3. Cover the towel with a plastic bag or plastic wrap.
  4. Leave the compress on for at least 30 minutes while you relax.
